Happy ReNew Year

So its February and it seems for alot of people (including me this time last year) this is really the beginning of their new year. And I can completely understand the feeling. I mean January is the longest month of the year after spending way more money than you wish to admit, eating alot more than you care to remember and spending copious amounts of time being stupidly joyous and friendly with the neighbours you spend all other times of the year avoiding. February, for some simply means redemption. The start of something new. New love, more money and hopefully finally ditching dry January blues. In February you gain a second chance, a do over if you will. February is January's older more interesting sibling that likes to save and help a sista out. February is short and sweet and that trial month some call January's saving grace. Redemption from the failed resolutions that you failed to carry through the first week of the year. Redemption from that pesky neighbour who weirdly thinks you're now friends. And best of all redemption from being broke!! Cause let's face it, nothing is sweeter than January/February payday!! So be free, feel the love of saint Valentine and embrace this Happy Renew Year!
